Our computerised accountating systems will deal with single or multiple properties. We normally prepare statements at quarterly or monthly intervals. Payment is made directly into the client's bank account except where otherwise instructed.

From fully managed to tenant finding only our fees include free rental appraisal and advice.

We deal with all aspects of management including general maintenance. We will advise clients on legislation and regulations as they come into force. We can also deal with overseas landlord's tax. Insurance cover and rental protection insurance is available if required.

We are aware that the most important issue to a landlord is that rental income is received. Our management services includes a Rent Guarantee Scheme, aimed at providing clients with a secure rental income during the first six months of a residential tenancy. This is provided COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE for the first six months.
